Scheduled...October 2011

This project has been scheduled for October 2011. The project is being coordinated in conjunction with four Zambia Pastor's Associations and The Republic of Zambia. It's an extensive logistical process and the red-tape is our culprit.

Nevertheless, please find summarily, and with bullets below, our coming project.

We're looking for four teams of about twelve including a senior pastor or missions director to lead each of the four teams. Each team will be assigned one of the four major cities in Zambia for a total mission trip of two weeks from the time leaving the US to return. The lodging will be adequate, but not fancy, and Zambia is known for having power outages and water pressure deficiencies.

All food, lodging, air-fare and in-country travel would be provided in the mission fare, which is yet to be determined. This is primarily subject to air-fare pricing, however, an approximate all-inclusive price is $3,800 for each team member. This would include a day and a half at a reserve park.

Each team would be involved in daily prayer and counseling for those coming and waiting to see the doctors. This will be healing and evangelical oriented ministry and each team-member should be able to share their own testimony. These folks we engage are historically and primarily women and children who are malnourished, sick, and/or have a child in that condition. Week-ends will be spent in participating mission church's and the team-members will be distributed by two's to six church's in each city where they will be encouraged to share their testimony and perhaps a short message depending upon their desire and ability to do so and to be determined largely by their team leader. A water baptism for those saved will be included on either the Saturday or Sunday, and discipleship and will be emphasized most especially at the water-baptism event, but throughout the entire mission. One of the week-days will include a pastor's seminar for the team-leader pastor. There may also be one larger all-church, all-inclusive outreach for fellowship and non-believers in each city, and an opportunity to participate in fellowship and outreach with government officials.

Therefore, we need volunteers and team-leaders.
